The founder, Susan Green, has over nineteen years of property management experience. She became a student of the business and has achieved success at every level in the property management industry, starting at an entry level leasing position (which is the most vital position in a company) and working up to property manager in less than thirteen months.

Property managers are considered some of the most important employees in a company because they directly oversee the operations of a property and act as problem solvers. Overseeing a variety of properties and handling countless duties, Susan knows the steps that it takes to lease an apartment, to retain residents, and to increase the owner’s NOI for profitability.

Susan worked five years for a major REIT in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, responsible for managing and overseeing several income-producing properties on behalf of the company. She also supervised and directed employees of multiple sites. She was recognized and received a company award for rising star-outstanding performance in the turnaround of under-performing and troubled properties.

Susan possesses extensive experience in multifamily management and site development and is skilled in acquisition, due diligence, and renovations. She’s also experienced in developing and implementing marketing plans and site training. Susan works closely with developers to assist from the concept phase of a new project to full operational status.
