ACQUISITIONS
GreenLin Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a commercial real estate capital group to acquire apartment communities in primary and secondary markets. We are actively seeking real estate properties for investments, including new or existing developments, land, or projects in need of redevelopment or repositioning. The team looks for “value-added” assets, high potential properties that need renovation, properties selling in prime markets, or solid properties in outstanding locations. This group offers the opportunity to collaborate in joint ventures as well. We look for opportunities to help clients enhance the valve of their real estate. We are concentrating heavily on Texas markets in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. GCRE is proficient in seeking out good investment properties, negotiating lucrative deals and the best terms, and monitoring the property subsequent to its purchase. We will begin with the purchase and continue until the client agrees to its sale or development.
